Do not sign up with iD Mobile, tried sooooo many times to cancel my daughters contract, never got a straight reply to say it was cancelled. Tried every possible way to resolve this, but there is no one you can contact!!! I regret resigning up with them, wouldn’t have done so if I knew what a nightmare it would be to cancel, I would never of taken another contract out with them. A VERY unhappy customer!!!

Being harassed by them after cancelling my contract 9 months ago in writing. They even sent debt collectors. They are ignorant and rubbish. Would not recommend. Impossible to reach and have proof of cancelled account last year. They are cowards and should ring me.

Previously used EE for many years but when it came time to upgrade they couldn't match ID mobile. The WiFi calling feature works better than EE, the signal coverage for me is just as good and data rollover is a bonus.The app is straight forward and I transferred my number without an issue.

Effortless to change from a company that couldn’t organise a thing, to a company such as iD Mobile was one of the best decisions I’ve made in 20 years.Keep up the good work iD, we need you!

I'm so appualled I upgraded to total unlimited states on line that takes around half an hour I did online got email stating all done at 09.24 this morning now its 19.00 still not done disscustted I have 3 accounts with my partner and mother think it's time to leave suck of being cheated if itsnot upgraded as stated tommorow will be cancelling all contracts total muppets WELL MAY BE YOU SHOULD ALTER YOUR OWN WEBPAGE THAT STATES HALF AN HOUR "Plan changes | iD Mobile Network how long it takes your loss will be taking 3 sim only contracts elsewhere to a company that doesnt.cheat

I loved being with ID mobile. All my children are with ID mobile. The prices are absolutely spot-on. The reception coverage is excellent.Unfortunately I have had to move provider due to a new phone required.

'm thinking I've either been scammed by this company or that they are playing fast and loose with my data.
I ordered a new phone on contract for my son in a seamless transaction, all approved, contract sorted, even the obligatory mini transaction through the bank to check you are who you say. The phone attempted delivery next day but we weren't in. That's where it all got weird.
Instead of trying again to delivery I received nothing, no phone, no contact. After 2 further days, I got in touch to find out what was going on. Bizarrely despite being a phone company, they don't accept phone calls, everything is done through chat bot and then online chat. I was told that the reason for the return ‘has not been disclosed'. They point blank refuse to hand out a phone number or allow you to speak to anybody! If that doesn't give off warning signals then I don't know what does. I asked somebody to phone me within 24 hours but of course nobody did.
The upshot is no phone, no idea what has happened to my data, no idea where I stand with a contract and absolutely nobody to talk to.
In case you're wondering, it has nothing to to with my credit or status, I ordered a replacement phone from another company following this and it arrived the next day.
Avoid at all costs, if you have any kind of issue there is NOBODY to talk to.

There are good things, but there are also some inconvenient.After moving the pac code, the ‘I massage’ cannot be used. A opponents received the text 3 times, but my cell phone indicates that it was not delivered.In human online services I couldn't even after changing the phone settings, I asked for the customer service email address, but the conversation ended.

My phone is great and good for what I need it for. The only problem I have is that it keeps turning off unless I am actually typing something so no time allowed for thinking. So much nuisance especially if doing a crossword or something.. Seems to be able to reach UK wide except very near the coast.Regards

Struggled to get online support and a member of the staff was off hand, Though when I managed to speak to someone else they were much more supportive. Though when it went in for repair I wasn't allowed a replacement but my phone was repaired a lot quicker than I was told. So I was extremely happy about this

I stayed for three months with them on a monthly contract, their connection in the area was so bad and so temperamental that if I tried to open a webpage on my phone with web radio playing at the same time the radio would start buffering! We are talking about a fluctuation from 3-4mbps connection to absolute zero, downloading and uploading speeds.So I tried to transfer my number to another company but then the PAC number they were giving me was the -by then expired- same number I used to join them!After succeeding in getting through to their live chat - no actual telephone number or email address available - I was able to get a new PAC number and move out but to my surprise though I have no outstanding debt the company merged two payments into one direct debit payment and as a consequence - my credit record is now showing a short-term debt in my credit profile that is affecting my credit rating directly!No sure what is happening with them but these issues seem to be recurring with many many other of their customers so be very careful when dealing with them. 17 gigabyte data means absolutely nothing when your connection at best is around 500k/sec constantly. Hope I can sort it out soon and will keep on trying to speak with them.
